There are many versions of the Cajun experience, most of which pale when compared to the real thing. Frank Randol is a native of South Louisiana and comes from one of the founding Acadian families. Frank has been involved in the food and entertainment business for over 30 years, and travels extensively for the State of Louisiana promoting the State and educating people about our culture and our way of life. Frank was a pioneer in the broadcasting of Cajun music and dance and has produced hundreds of hours of programming on the Cajun culture. Schedule permitting, Frank is available to participate in phone in and live interviews prior to the Festival. Our site makes a great backdrop for media interviews and the CAJUN FEST generally creates quite a bit of interest from both local and national media. Frank is available to do promotions and interviews during the festival.
Randol's Restaurant is not only world famous, but legendary in south Louisiana where consumers are acutely aware of good quality authentic Cajun food. You can't fool em in Cajun Country, and the fact that Randol's Restaurant has been in business since 1971 attests to the quality and authenticity of the food. Frank's family recipes have been honed and refined over many generations to produce some of the best tasting Cajun food available anywhere in the world. Our catering crews and on-site operations team has years of experience in preparing quality food under unusual and adverse conditions. Our state of the art equipment assures that there is a constant supply of our famous Cajun dishes on demand. In this day and age when overseasoned, overcooked or burnt chicken passes for Cajun cooking, your guests will keep coming back for more of our AUTHENTIC CAJUN recipes. Frank Randol is a pioneer in the production of Cajun music shows, and was instrumental in the preservation and documentation of Cajun and Zydeco music. His nationally syndicated "Live From RANDOLS" has been seen by millions of viewers worldwide and the RANDOL'S brand has become synonymous with both traditional and contemporary Cajun and Zydeco entertainment. Frank Randol's many long-standing relationships with Louisiana musicians allows us to provide a varied and eclectic lineup of bands for a fraction of the cost of booking these talented musicians on an individual basis. In addition to Louisiana bands our working relationship with other booking agents in Nashville and Los Angeles allows us to expand and vary the lineup of talent to include country and western bands as well as many locally known opening acts.
